We limit our Yoga classes to 15 people. Be sure to sign up on line to reserve your mat space. We offer Vinyasa Flow, beginning and intermediate yoga class and Hatha Yoga. As our San Diego Yoga and Pilates studio grows we will continue to add more class times and additional Yoga styles. If you prefer more individual attention we can accommodate private or-semi-private yoga, personal training and pilates.

All of our therapists have a minimum of 1000 hours of training and they all work as independent contractors. What does this mean to you? Our therapists are not employees, but run their own massage and bodywork businesses. Green Sea Turtle Discovery Kayak Tour

China 2008

Jodi and Leah spent two weeks at the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shanghai, China in April of 2008. They spent the morning in the clinic assisting the Tuina doctors and the afternoons attending lectures. Please check back for more info on their trip! In the meantime, enjoy the pictures...

Longboard Luau

The Lotus Sanctuary provided complimentary chair massage down at the beach for the Moores UCSD Cancer Center Longboard Luau. Leah, Dan and Jodi spent the morning providing chair massage to raise money for the benefit.
